The agreement set forth by these terms will terminate automatically if you breach any of the covenants, representations, or warranties herein. Such termination will occur immediately and automatically, and will require no action by Willow Loans.<\/p><p>If, at the company\u2019s discretion, legal action is taken against you in connection with any suspected or actual breach of these terms, you understand and agree that Willow Loans will be entitled to recover any reasonable costs and attorney\u2019s fees incurred by Willow Loans as a result of such legal action. Indemnified Parties will have no legal liability or obligation to you or any third party relating to the termination of the agreement set forth in these terms.<\/p><p>All permitted or required notices to be given under these terms must be in writing. Willow Loans will provide any notice via the most recent e-mail address provided by you. You agree that any electronically transmitted notice received from Willow Loans satisfies our legal requirement to provide such notice in writing. Ensuring that your e-mail address on file with Willow Loans is current and accurate is your SOLE RESPONSIBILITY, and any notice to you will be deemed effectively provided upon the sending of an email to that address by Willow Loans. You shall send any notice to Willow Loans by email to admin@www.willowloans.com. Notice to Willow Loans will be effective upon receipt of notice by Willow Loans.<\/p><h2>Other Terms<\/h2><p>These terms and policies constitute the entirety of the agreement between you and Willow Loans regarding your use of the website and its services.
